Through my professional experience and as a business owner, I studied and adopted a scientific approach, leveraging evidence-based practices to propel success and enhance workplace culture.

My career began in the hospitality industry, where I quickly rose to the position of General Manager within several prominent restaurant groups in downtown Austin. It was during this time that I honed my leadership skills, focusing on team management and development.

Transitioning into operations within the private wealth sector, I had the opportunity to learn from a diverse group of dynamic leaders and executives.  I leveraged my expertise in personnel management to enhance the firm's employment practices while gaining valuable insights into business processes and development.  

In my subsequent role in B2C sales, I thrived in the role of head trainer. This position demanded strong team-building skills, effective coaching techniques, and fostering company-wide morale. My dedication led to notable improvements in employee retention and engagement, demonstrating my ability to make a meaningful impact on organizational success.

Throughout my career journey spanning various demographics and industries, I observed the critical importance of emotional intelligence and the role of a strong company culture in driving success. This realization fueled my passion to found Gasparro Business Consulting.
